Google Docs
This was my first time ever using Google Docs. It is a new way of collaborating. I like that you can share and upload excel docs and word docs. I like that others can share and edit work with permission, similar to a wiki. I don't think the communication on Google Docs is as fast as say using an instant messenger or texting but it works. I am curious to see how our PBL project goes using Google Docs.So far there isn't much progress and it seems hard to get everyone logged on and working collaboratively. I hope it isn't too challenging. Is anyone having issues so far? Any helpful tips to share?

ReplyDeleteI am very confused about the Google Docs assignment. I have not received anything about it at all. I emailed Dr. B. He asked me what email address I use to access GoogleDocs and I told him I had not accessed it before. All he said was..."that could be the problem." But...I still do not know what to do! I created a gmail account (April.Young08@gmail.com) but I have no idea what I need to do now. I just want to do my part as a group member. Please help!!!!!

One more thing...I had already set up one before april.young@cowetaschools.org that I use to set up my blog. I am just so confused!!!!!
ReplyDeleteApril, I am learning my way through Google Docs as well as I have never used them either! I am collaborating with other groups and trying to get some ideas and feedback! :)
